How do I book a ride or tour?
Collect packages in your Trip Box, sign in or create an account, then enter your details and confirm your trip request. The team will confirm availability, the final quote, and pickup arrangements.
Can you pick me up at Colombo Airport?
Yes. POP Ceylon offers Colombo (BIA) airport pickups and drops. Include your flight number, arrival date, luggage, and destination when enquiring so the team can arrange your transfer.
Can I customise an itinerary?
Yes. The listed routes are a starting point. Tell the team your dates, interests, preferred stops, and pace so they can discuss a route that suits you.
What is included in the quote?
Ask the team to confirm vehicle type, driver or guide, kilometre allowance, and all inclusions before booking. Accommodation, entrance tickets, train rides, safari arrangements, and activities must be confirmed separately.
Where are my enquiry details stored?
Confirmed requests are saved privately to your account. Only you and authorised administrators can read them. You can change details for seven days after submission. If you separately send a WhatsApp message, WhatsApp and the team receive that message.
